Class Safari Party

Last Friday was our class safari party because we got 150 party points!
The party was awesome because we played musical animal statues, everyone looked nice, there were a variety of animals, some people played a game called rhino rampage and there were heaps of freaky animals around our class.

Dogs can not see like humans. But they can smell better than we can. We call it sensing. Dogs are very clever in different ways. Dogs have 4 legs. My dogs are called Zoe and Mitch. Dogs can be different types of dogs, like one of my dogs is a colly cross labrador cross staffy bull terrier. Dogs can be different sorts of colours. Dogs need exercise every day. Dogs are supposed to have dog food but some people give them human food. Some dogs are gentle, some dogs attack people.

Today we read stories from our own books. We asked questions and made predictions. People made pictures of faraway lands. Our stories were about being angry at ourselves after we read a story about a wolf who hated his tail. Some people took up some interesting hobbies last week, like sewing, playing games and roller skating.
We love taking books home!
It has been a marvellous Monday!!
Reading was fantastic because we used the right noise level.
